Whole Health Products, LLC - Unconditional 60-Day Return Policy
Whole Health® guarantees every product that we sell. We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, within 60 days of your purchase, you may return the remaining product for a refund of your purchase price, or replacement product.
Details and Instructions:
We require a Return Merchandise Authorization number for all returns, which we will promptly issue for any order placed within the past 60 days.
When requesting your RMA please have the following information available: Order Number, Item, Quantity Returning, Resolution (refund, credit, exchange), Item Condition and Reason for Return. Request your RMA using one of the following methods:

Sign in to your existing account and follow the instructions below to initiate the RMA
• Sign in to your existing account
• “My Dashboard” will appear welcoming you!
• Recent Order will display in the top section where you can also select to “View All”. Find the order number associated with the product/s you would like to return.
• On the right side of the Order Number, there is a link to “View Order”, click this and the order information will display.
• On the top right of this section (just below “Shop All Products”) there is a “Return” link. Click the “Return” link.
• Under the Return Items Information section:
• Use the Item drop down display to select the product/s you would like to return
• An * will be displayed on all fields where information is required to process your return
• Once you click submit for an item you are returning, you will see the RMA # generated and you will be notified via email the status and instructions for your return
• If you have more than one item that needs to be returned, select the back button and you will click “View Order” again and follow the same process
• When you are done you can either return to Account Dashboard, or logout
Your return must be shipped within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA number. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost of your return to Whole Health Products, unless the product is being returned because of an error made by us, in which case we will provide further instructions. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
When we receive your return with the proper RMA number, we will promptly give you a refund of the price you paid for the product being returned, excluding shipping costs. Please understand that if your original order qualified for "free shipping", your credit may be reduced by the original outgoing shipping costs we incurred. A credit or refund will be issued within 15 days of our receipt of the returned product and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
