Weight Loss Smoothie Recipe

  • Spinach or Kale (2 cups) 
  • Hemp or flax seeds (one teaspoon). You can also take chia seeds
  • 1/4 Avocado (peeled) 
  • 1/2 Small Lemon Juice 
  • Frozen Peaches (1 cup) 
  • Fresh Peeled Ginger (slices of 1/4 inches) 
  • Unflavored Pea Protein Powder (one scoop or 30 g) 
  • 1/3 Cup of Coconut Water 
  • Ice 

How To Make-

Step One- 

Take coconut water, peaches, lemon juice, ginger, spinach, seeds, avocado, and protein powder in the blender. You should also add two ice cubes to the blender. 

Step Two- 

Now, blend the ingredients well. You shouldn't stop the blending process until you have a smooth mixture.

If you think your smoothie has become too thick, then you can add coconut water to it. This will make the mixture thinner.

Step Three - 

Finally, after blending the mixture, you will get a smoothie. Now, pour it into glasses and serve it. You can add a few seeds on top of the smoothie.
