1) One Cup Of Mixed Frozen Berries 

You can take Goji berries, strawberries, and raspberries. If you want your smoothie to have a purple color then you can take blueberries. 

2) One Tablespoon Of Almond Butter 

Almond butter is a great ingredient in this recipe. But, you can also replace it with peanut butter

3) Half Cup Of Spinach 

Spinach has protein, fiber, and lots of important vitamins. Hence, it's called a superfood. So, this food is a must-ingredient for this bowl. 

4) One-Third Cup Of Coconut Milk 

Coconut milk can give this smoothie a creamy taste. But, if you don't like milk, then you can add fresh coconut water. 

5) Ice Cubes (four) 

These cubes will make this smoothie an ultimate summer breakfast. 

6) Optional Fruits 

You can add frozen banana or mango to make this smoothie thicker. 

7) Optional Sweetener 

Dates, honey, or maple syrup can make this smoothie sweeter. 

8) Optional Superfood 

One teaspoon of acai powder will be a truly superb ingredient to make this smoothie bowl a nutritious one.

How To Make-

Step One- 

Your blender should have frozen berries, almond butter, spinach, ice cubes, fruits, and Acai powder. Now, you have to start the blending process. 

Step Two- 

You have to be patient. You have to add a little amount of milk and then you have to blend. A thick smoothie won't have a high amount of coconut milk. So, add carefully. Apart from that, you should also add sweeteners (if you like them). 

Step Three - 

Now, after blending the ingredients smoothly, you can pour the smoothie into bowls. Then, add your favorite toppings and enjoy a healthy breakfast. 

Tips - 

It will take around 5 to 7 minutes to prepare the smoothie. This berry superfood smoothie bowl recipe is for two persons. If you increase the amount of ingredients, then more people can have it.
