LeptiFit™ Leptin Control Formula is a complex blend of polysaccharides, polyphenols, fatty acids, and amino acids that work synergistically to increase weight loss by increasing satiety (the feeling of being full), decreasing leptin resistance, reducing C-Reactive Protein levels, and decreasing inflammation. Leptin is a hormone produced by fat cells that regulates body fat storage by modulating satiety, glycemic control and metabolism. When everything is working properly, leptin helps to keep fat tissue within a normal, healthy range. However, diet and stress can lead to chronic inflammation and leptin resistance. When leptin resistance occurs, the body does not get the signal to stop eating, leaving one feeling hungry even after having consumed enough calories. LeptiFit™ is designed to help reduce leptin resistance, allowing leptin to properly control hunger. As an added bonus, LeptiFit™ naturally reduces C-Reactive Protein, which is an indicator of heart disease risk and may help reduce cholesterol levels. That's a triple-benefit to cardiovascular health: weight loss, reduced C-Reactive Protein levels, and reduced cholesterol levels. Learn more about LeptiFit™ Leptin Control Formula here.

Cranberry Ultra™ Each serving (2 capsules) of our new Cranberry Ultra™ contains 1000mg of a standardized 36:1 cranberry extract plus 80mg of pH-neutral vitamin C, encapsulated in gelatin-free vegetarian capsules. A 36:1 extract means that 36 pounds of whole cranberries are used to make just one pound of the extract. Our extract contains the whole fruit from US and Canadian grown cranberries. The extract is manufactured in Canada immediately after harvesting to ensure freshness and potency. The proanthocyanidins from cranberries prevent bacteria from adhering to host cells by altering the cell membrane of the pathogens, in essence rendering them harmless. Cranberry is not just for urinary tract infections (UTIs). More and more researchers are finding that cranberry extract may help fight a wide range of bacterial infections and viruses. Learn more about Cranberry Ultra™ here.

Super Strength Digestive Enzymes provide a natural formula of digestive enzymes that may aid digestion and absorption of nutrients. Digestive enzymes are catalysts that aid in the breakdown of food into its nutritional components during digestion. Our Super Strength Digestive Enzymes is a complete, natural, vegetarian enzyme formula which is designed to improve overall digestion and absorption of nutrients. Most other digestive enzyme products rely heavily on animal (cow and pig) products. Why use an animal product of questionable quality when a high quality, pure, natural alternative exists? Super Strength Digestive Enzymes page.

Extra Strength Omega-3 High EPA/DHA Fish Oil is a fatty acid supplement that provides 1200mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and 600mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) per serving. This is our most concentrated omega-3 product to date, and like all our fatty acids it is molecularly distilled to ensure purity. Recent research has singled out these two omega-3 fatty acids as potentially the two most important fatty acids. Fatty acids are needed for maintaining proper cell membrane structure--which allows the proper distribution of nutrients throughout the body. They are also needed for proper prostaglandin formation and maintenance, and most notably for the efficient metabolism of cholesterol. Extra Strength Omega-3 page.

Improved Dietary Restriction Information

You will now notice small red and/or green dots on our website -- on product pages and on our All-Products, A-Z Page. From our vegetarian* customers who do not want to consume animal flesh to our customers who simply do not wish to consume certain animal products, such as bovine or porcine products (including gelatin), this a tremendously helpful shopping aid.  The complete key, which also appears on the A-Z page (with the relevant explanation appearing on each product page next to the "Supplement Facts" section) consists of the following categories:

This is a vegetarian product.

This is a vegetarian product. Gelatin Free

Gelatin capsule used with a vegetarian formula.

Gelatin capsule used with a vegetarian formula.

Vcaps vegetarian capsule used but not a vegetarian formula.

Vcaps vegetarian capsule used but not a vegetarian formula.

This is not a vegetarian product.

This is not a vegetarian product.

*For clarity, we use the standard ovo-lacto vegetarian convention, not to be confused with the more restrictive "vegan" definition, and great care is given to denote products which contain gelatin, which is animal-derived. In cases where a vegetarian formulation is contained inside a gelatin capsule, some people may consider this no different from a pharmaceutical product (which frequently use gelatin capsules), and others may wish to open the capsule and only consume the product inside. (This is not recommended in the case of our small alpha-lipoic acid product.) Customers who consider themselves a vegetarian, but in fact consume fish, should note that we consider fish and shellfish-derived products to be non-vegetarian. The point being that for you, this tool can be your guide, and you should look at the ingredients to determine what, specifically, makes the product non-vegetarian.

Improved Allergen Information

Additionally, we have drawn attention to products which contain the most common allergens: milk, eggs, soy, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and wheat. When a product contains one of these ingredients, we have included an "Allergen Warning" section next to the product's "Supplement Facts" information.
