Fast Shipping: We are committed to getting you your Whole Health Products as soon as possible. On normal business days, orders placed before 4:00pm Eastern time for in-stock items are shipped that same day. Orders placed after 4:00pm Eastern time for in-stock items are shipped the next business day. It is rare that we are out of products, but if we are, we designate 'Sorry, Out Of Stock' on the web site.
Confidential: All orders are shipped from "Whole Health Products" and the label does not reveal the package contents. However, because of our commitment to the environment, we do reuse boxes that have product names printed on the side. If you are concerned about the possibility of receiving your package in a recycled box with a product name on it, please note this on your order and we will use a new, plain box for you.
U.S. ORDERS:
Online U.S. orders for $75 (worth of product) and more are shipped for FREE; all other U.S. orders are shipped for a flat $4.95.
U.S. APO/FPO addresses are considered U.S. addresses and receive the above rates.
Orders that weigh two (2) pounds or less are usually sent United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail. Orders weighing more than two (2) pounds are usually sent United Parcel Service (UPS) standard shipping. We use the UPS method for larger orders because it provides better tracking of higher value shipments from point of shipment throughout the delivery process to the customer's door and because UPS notifies us of any problems in delivering your order, so that we may contact you and ensure delivery. We have found the delivery time for both USPS and UPS to be the same for deliveries within 1,500 miles of Colorado and, typically, one day longer using UPS for any locations further than 1,500 miles from Colorado.
INTERNATIONAL (Outside of the U.S.) ORDERS:
Every day we ship orders all over the world; we have regular customers in over 60 countries.
PLEASE NOTE: Your purchase will be charged in U.S. Dollars. Currency Exchange Rates are provided as a courtesy to our international customers for REFERENCE ONLY. The currency exchange rate you experience may differ from that which we should because of several factors. Additionally, some credit card companies and banks charge additional fees for international transactions. Please contact your credit card company if you need to know an exact amount in your currency and/or additional fees that may apply.
REAL-TIME INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:
Our website calculates the exact international shipping charge for the items in your cart before you check out. When you make a purchase, there will be one single charge for product and shipping; no second transactions like other websites. We are one of very few e-commerce companies providing real-time, accurate international shipping charges. Additionally, we do not charge any "handling" fees.

It is the customer's responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country.Please know your country's laws and regulations regarding the products you are considering ordering from us prior to placing your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs fees, duties or value-added taxes (VAT's) levied by the customer's country.
Shipping charges on orders refused or returned by Customs, or customers, are not refundable.
Residents of Australia: Australian customs does not permit Kava or Hoodia to enter the country. Additionally, vitamins and supplements for cats and dogs are apparently not allowed into the country. Very weird, yes, but customers have had problems.
Residents of Canada: DMAE supplements, L-Carnitine, DHEA, Kava and Hoodia are banned by Canadian customs. Our DMAE Skin Serum is permitted because it is a topical product.
Residents of Ireland: Irish customs does not permit St. John's Wort to enter the country.
Residents of Mexico: All orders must be shipped via Express Mail, which is not available to all destinations in Mexico.
Residents of South Korea: Customs has limits on the number of products they will allow in a single shipment. We are finding 6 to 8 is maximum. Also we are seeing sexual enhancement products being denied in.
We are unable to ship to the following countries due to Customs prohibitions and/or unreliable postal systems: Austria, Azerbaijan, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Germany, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Romania, Russia, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Uganda, and Ukraine.
